Purchased new batteries for our older golf cart. They were very informative and helpful. A few weeks later our charger was struck by lightning, and they had it repaired rather than saying we needed a new one. With these two good experiences, we went right to them when we were shopping for a brand new 6-seater golf cart. The experience was wonderful -- no pressure, all the information we needed, and we walked out feeling like we had made new friends. We bought a rebuilt 2006 Club Car golf cart from Golf Rider in July 2010. It still looks and runs as good as when we bought it. The red paint and finish bring many complements. Today I had it serviced and just had normal wear and front bearings replaced. The batteries are still in great condition. Very pleased with quick and courteous service. I trust these guys.
We bought our golf cart in 2001 from Golf Rider. The whole buying experience was awesome. ..having never owned one before we were novices and Frank patiently explained the various products and at no time did he try to get us to buy a more expensive golf cart.. We still have the same golf cart and have taken it back to Golf Rider for new tires, batteries and maintenance and a few tows when the kids forgot to charge it.
