It has been a bad experience dealing with maintenance issues. We have spent money on replacing our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Nothing gets fixed in any type of fair amount of time. Now we have been waiting a month to get a new dishwasher which is part of our apartment rent! We are requesting help with our issues.

have been living at the Southwind Lakes complex in ******* for the past year and while I like my apartment, the layout, location and have had a good experience with the maintenance staff getting issues inside the apartment resolved in a timely manner I have to agree with many of the comments concerning management staffing. These people hire incompetent leasing agents and office managers. We have been fighting a 13 week effort to avoid eviction for NO CAUSE. They have refused our on-time rental payment since July 1st. They have engaged an unethical attorney and our attorney today received their motion to dismiss.They have attached documents to our door many times. This has been one error after another on their part. Their efforts to evict us started May15,2023 and finally ended today August 22,2023. I have suffered serious psychological trauma ... read more
