Been going to Golf Glen for years.
Changed to a new vet after being customers for over 30 years but now they have been purchased by a large corporation so the price increases have been crazy but that is not the staff's fault. All but 1 vet has left and she is great but the rest of the staff they now have are rude unempathetic and condescending at times. 1 claimed to be the clinic manager which I found out was not the case. The manager who is on Mat leave is great. But all but 1 tech has turned over and they are terrible. The we are short staff excuse is used ... read more
