I ordered golf clubs at the store and paid in full. I immediately needed to cancel order as my daughter already purchased them. I was advised to call customer service. I requested cancellation within 60 minutes. Checked the status of my order PRIOR to requesting the cancellation. Items were NOT processed. I was advised via email that I cannot cancel. Not very friendly staff spent at least 30 minutes on each demo area never nice approached by one employee to see if I need help. I spent over an hour in the store total looking at new and used clubs not one person ever asked. Granted I do not look like your average country club golfer but I was there to spend some money but will not be spending at this store!

they are over priced way over priced you can get clubs for half the price of what they sell or more at a gold course or any other club store they also dont have the big of a selection which is sad there cashier by the door she is very rude and very uptight about the doors u use to leave and enter I do not recommend this place
I walked into golf galaxy in Virginia Beach about an hour ago and was met by a sales rep named Mike Tanner who was in the putter section. I noticed they finally had the Scotty Cameron phantom putters so I asked mike how much they were and his response was “very expensive”, I literally had to ask him for the the price on two separate occasions to finally get the actual ticket price. I would not recommend this location. Long story short... I took my 15 year old son in today to test out some new irons. Benny asked what he was looking at and accommodated him with one Mizuno JPX 921 iron. He allowed my son 5 swings...that’s it. He then looked at him and told him the other Mizunos were not suited for him. We then asked about testing a driver. He proceeded to tell us that we would be charged to test it.
