STAY AWAY! Shipping took two completely unacceptable weeks and still arrived late. On top of that, they slap you with a $15 fee just to return something that doesn't fit! Customer service is a total joke—slow and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
Fantastic price on a discontinued set of irons, so good I went for the one day ship and got them next day. Arrived packed well and in the manufactures wrapping. Very happy!
Ordered a pair of shoes and a couple pairs of shorts on that were on clearance. Ordered them on 6/14 and received on 6/18. Everything as described. They also run the best chain of brick and mortar gold shops in WA, Pro Golf Discount. I always give them my business over Puetz.
I had good experience. I had a question about an item. I spoke with a live person right away, who was nice and professional. I safely purchased my new wedge and it arrived on time as promised. So customer care, quality of item, so no complaints.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! Shipping took 2 weeks and was still late. They charge you $15 if what you buy doesn't fit!! Horrible, slow, customer service. Just buy elsewhere.
