The unit was not as expected from what I toured, and it was absolutely filthy with clogged drains, a water-damaged kitchen floor, and a leaking kitchen faucet among other things and a pungent smell. I submitted a paper work order list as requested by management and almost three weeks later nothing has been communicated in regards to repairs being done.
Thanks Dany, Josh and Dereck for keeping the pool clean for summer. Maintenance does a good job keeping up with property cleanliness !
Michael was amazing loyal all the way He made sure everything was set for us and met the requirements he”s patience and humor still enjoy see him in office and the apt are beautiful we are here to staying for awhile crocodile rest staff were Amazinv also club house is Amazing good hospitality lives here
I have lived here for a short period of time, I’ve had a good experience, its quiet and management is generally on top of things. I had an issue with my washer recently and management had maintenance over to my unit quickly, the guy Danny fixing my washer was friendly and got in and out quickly. I would recommend people renting here.
Dany was super helpful explaining to me the reasoning behind why my dishwasher was not draining properly and fixed the issue very quickly. He cleaned up after the job was done and tested everything before leaving. Much appreciate.
