Derek the maintenance tech out here responded immediately on our dryer and fixed it very quickly! Also he is very polite and professional.
The office employees consistently park in the ADA space in front of the office or on the sidewalk restricting wheelchair users access to one of only two available ADA spaces in the entire complex. *EDIT JULY 5TH 2025. One of my neighbours just messaged me and said the new property manager just parked their personal vehicle in the ADA parking space.
I lived at this complex for 2 months and I will be adamant when I say that I would not ever recommend this apartment complex to anyone. First, they have a clause that if you are not satisfied with the unit that you have 30 days to break your lease. That is a red flag for any complex. There were 2 shootings on the property for the 2 months that I lived there. We moved in three months ago and are very happy. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool is clean and a welcome respite from the heat. Our apartment overlooks birch trees and is very tranquil. We definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone wishing to rent.
