After 8 years of living at this property, I am extremely saddened to have to come back and edit this review. As mentioned in my previous review, the current ownership has completely destroyed the character of this property. I have lived here since early 2022. Since the complex changed ownership, things have been an utter disaster. The office staff is clearly incompetent. Most recently, they sent an email citing an “active shooter” was on the premise. Meanwhile, I see the landscaping vendor going about their business. Upon calling the police, I learned the office incorrectly characterized the incident as a resident shot off a gun in their apartment and was en route to jail. I've enjoyed my experience living at Haven at Golf Creek. Emergency maintenance requests never take longer than 30 mins to be addressed. Despite other reviews, I've found my maintenance requests that aren't emergencies are addressed in a timely manner. I enjoy the office staff Ameerah and Michael. Something I don't like is the online payment portal, it seems unreliable so I just pay my rent the old fashion way with a check.
