They have gone down hill fast, my washer broke, their resolution was changing the door to it, we've lost several items of clothing (being shredded in the washer) and they still won't replace it! They tell me to file a claim with my renter's insurance! The majority of the maintenance guys are horrible, one of then tried to run me over in his golf cart! They charge 50$ for a pool pass but can't supply toilet paper or paper towels in the pool area! We asked to have a maintenance guy come out to check out our ac unit that was ma... read more
