If there were zero stars, I would’ve given Goldwear that rating. I am appalled at the treatment and service I received from their employees and Tom the owner. I brought my vintage inherited Cartier watch there for a watch band. It took a very long time for it to be put on as I waited. When I got the watch home and turned it over, I was aghast at the amount of scratches on the back of my watch. Jodi, Having talked to you previously through email to resolve this and having had you bring the watch back in so I can personally look at the scratches, I still stand behind what I have told you in that the fine scratches are from gentle wear over the many years of the life of your watch. I have been going to Goldwear for almost 30 years and have NEVER been disappointed. Besides purchasing several pieces of jewelry from Tom (and his father Dave before he retired) he has designed and created several custom pieces for me which are absolute show-stoppers! His work in impeccable and the service is superior to none.
I have had excellent experiences with this business-in the past 4 years I have brought my husband's watches and my fitness watches here for battery replacement, had a gold chain link repaired, and just this last week I brought in my wedding ring which had gotten damage and bent and they straightened it for me at no charge.
