I want to take a minute and say that I WORK in the senior living industry and was referred to this company Goal Star by another home care agency that could not staff my mom 24 hour a day coming out of rehab. Owner Rebecca stepped in and immediately worked with us within 48 hours in getting a team ready for my moms discharge to home. She is TOP NOTCH and runs a TOP NOTCH care business. I called them in a panic today because an elderly parishioner needed some immediate care - and not something that would be handled by 911. Normally they need to do an assessment and get paperwork completed but out of the goodness of their heart, they went over and helped this lady immediately! I am so grateful for them and so is Sue!!
Horrible place to work Rebecca is very unprofessional and is robbing her caregivers for a lower pay then they should be getting. Especially when I picked up a client in the east valley that requires cleaning there house, cooking and taking them to multiple appointments a day that’s not worth $19 when she was getting 37 from the client. I've worked for other homecare companies and Goldstar hands down has been one of the greatest by far. The office staff and owners do a great job with not just the employees but everyone who get care with our company. I'm happy to be with Goldstar and look forward to definitely making my career with them!!!
