My experience was with the Columbus, GA crew Ms.Cassandra and Ms.Bonnie! Let me tell you when I say, I feel like God was working yesterday morning when they were sent to my doorstep. We have been having trouble with transportation within Modivcare for a year. I have an adult child that requires stretcher transportation to appointments. Through early 2025 we had no problems with EMS transporters taking him and staying at the appointment, but I guess that changed due to them only getting paid for miles.
