You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer staff than the great people who work here at Goldsmith, Jewelry, Repair and Design in Bowling Green Kentucky. One of my favorite dress watches needed a battery. I only own two watches that use batteries. This Raymond Weil is an ultra-thin variant and the original battery lasted almost 5 years. I've been to 3 different jewelers and one watch shop, and they all failed to find the pathway to success in opening the battery back up.
