I had two diamonds replaced and asked to have the prongs checked. I also asked if I should have the band reinforced as it looked thin. The jeweler said prongs and band were fine, so I paid and left. I then lost another diamond and the band broke. I reluctantly went back and asked to have the repairs made. He did a sloppy job repairing the band and didn't even replace the missing diamond!
