Professional Overchargers, they quoted me 7k for a residential site survey and for a lot less then 8k in size. Also they mentioned needing a permit for a site survey(not true). I think i should have been more clear that i'm trying to site survey a house not the surface of the moon. : -) Go with any other survey company. A survey in the city of seattle should only cost 30 - 50cent a sqft max. Do not get taken for a ride.
