Honest, courteous, and professional. I contacted Jennifer concerning lost jewelry of mine. She took my information and even offered to buy it if she comes across it for a reasonable price, so long as I pay her back of course. She is professional about the buying process any questions or concerns she breaks it down for you to understand. She does honest business an definitely as far as the value in selling to her trumps any of the other gold buyers she offers an actual proper fair price unlike any where else where they try to low ball you to the point it's not worth it .
