I'm a member. I have expressed concerns with the Tierra Este gym: 1) bathrooms are dirty; 2) music is too loud in the yoga classes on Monday and Thursday nights. I have asked the instructors to lower the music, but they refuse or fail to lower the volume enough. The music hurts my ears and is not relaxing for yoga. Also, I cannot hear the instructors because the music is too loud. In addition, the Wednesday cycling class at 6:00 is also too loud.
