Gold's invented gyms. This one lacks strong management and has less than stellar customer service. Lots of machines have broken buttons or some parts do not work fully.

Disappointed in the fact that equipment is constantly breaking down and repairs seem to take a very long time. Front desk staff is less than helpful and every time I have had an issue or a question they blow me off and tell me they don’t know rather than taking 2 seconds to even try to find an answer. Issues (such as the pool heater being broken again) that may affect class schedules are rarely posted and if you try to call and get information from the front desk they are unable to provide any answer other than I don’t know ... read more

Never gonna recommend golds to anyone! Had to cancel my membership for some personal reason and called them and they said it was gonna be x amount of dollars, I said okay. I arrive at golds to sign papers and they lied to me and charged me extra fees that they didn’t tell me about and ended up paying double the amount.
