Convenient location between my home and work! The staff knows you by name, and no matter your fitness level, they make you feel like you can accomplish ANYTHING!!! Staff is invested in you as an INDIVIDUAL not as a number!
Thanks to new Manager Lauren, the tv and sound have now been synced throughout the gym. You can now watch and listen to the tv from your workout machine. Lauren accomplished what previous Managers gave up on.
Grreat experience so far.... having fun in classes and at the pooolllllll.. .!!! recommend... quick way to tone up and meet new people... :) <3
