Was told I could cancel my membership over the phone so I did. Was told today after they took $140.00 out of my account that you cant cancel over the phone. Talked to 2 different people was told to email general manager and have yet to get my money back or hear anything

Joined this gym and paid my dues every month. Card expired and I updated billing before it was due. However, the employees didn’t update the system so I got charged $$$$ in late fees.... now the same employees say they can’t help me and I have to call corporate.... horrible!!!
