Worst services ever
Incredibly nice gym. HORRIBLE service. I have so far cancelled three memberships (one family member, one friend, and one, my own) with Gold's Gym in West Covina and each one was a pain to cancel and each time I continued to be charged for the account. Some of the staff members were very rude and the management was horrible. I had been a member for over two years and was very disappointed in their service. It was awful. The classes are great & totally helpful while being a member but the moment you try to end your membership....?.ooh they turn into that psycho ex! Very unprofessional managers, rude, dishonest & poor customer service skills. I was there 2 years & left because I moved where my new place offered a free gym....the manager basically accused me of lying! And wanted to know where I moved!!?? Giving me some BS that he was looking for a new place to move too? Not sure if all GG are this way but don't join the GG IN West Covina.
