Recommendedclass options are wonderful, both at the big studio and hot yoga studio in queesgate location. the trainers are friendly and motivating. they also have kids daycare, the ladies are wonderful, clean location and my kids enjoy it there!

RecommendedGold’s Gym has incredible facilities and a range of classes. They have 3 different studios just for group classes, but also a gym! The instructors always say hi to me, and the protein shakes help me stay on track. If you want a range of equipment and never want to get bored, this is the gym for you. (Also - Donavan’s yoga class is the best I’ve ever been to!)

They lied to me. I moved out of the area and called them to cancel my service. They told me I had to physically come in to the gym to cancel. As I had just moved I couldn’t find my membership agreement, when I finally found it a couple months later it clearly states I just had to submit something in writing. When you read other reviews lots of people say the same thing.
