I liked the gym but after moving out of state they did not cancel my membership stating one of THEIR employees lost the paper, I have emailed them repeatedly- no reply, and when I get a hold of them they say they are “working” on it. Management is not their strong suit. I just want a refund for their disorganization. This has been unsettled for 8 months.
