The workers and trainers there are wonderful. I loved them. However, I had to cancel my membership due to personal issues. I was told that I was canceling within the 30 day money back guarantee policy. I met the requirements for that and submitted my cancellation form. Then, I got charged again. I’ve called several times and the managers have never gotten back in touch with me. The managers are what is lacking in this gym. The rest of the employees, including the trainers, are wonderful.
