This gym has one MAJOR issue. The roaches. Listen, I understand that it’s difficult to stop them from coming in. Whatever. My issue is that they don’t clean up the dead roaches for DAYS. I mean it. DAYS will go by before they are gone. Genuinely makes me sick to see them out. I come to the gym almost daily and am always so grossed out. It’s honestly a major distraction from my workout :( Please PLEASE just clean the dead roaches off the ground!!! alright Golds Gym, lets fix this AC before I have to come down there and fix it myself.
Your average gym. Staff always super friendly, but given the number of gyms in the DC area this golds gym requires additional investment and upkeep as it’s quite worn and outdated in comparison to other gyms in the area.
Disgraceful way to treat customers. My son and daughter were members for years before they moved overseas. When we cancelled our son's membership we were told it was taken care of, and I wrote to confirm that. 4 months later I receive a call from a debt collection agency. There had been zero contact in between, and now Golds Gym are unwilling to help. Avoid at all costs.
