Enjoy this gym everyone minds there business also thank you to the front desk employee for helping me with a towel even though they stopped selling them (management please sell towels again lol) the pool and hot tub aren kept pretty clean considering the amount of use locker rooms always clean when I'm there. So customer service and getting a good workout in 5 stars so now to some of the bad as to the reason I can't give 5 stars. God awful trial policy. I ran gyms for over 12 years and to not do atleast 1 day free to try out the facility is ridiculous. I ran facilities 3 times the price of this gym and would show prospects that instead of being greedy for 20 bucks I’d appreciate them considering us and give them 1 day free. Nothing more than 1 day free because I understand prospects taking advantage of the free days. Consider changing your policy and I bet you sink a couple more members a month. Canceled my membership, (wasn't using it) but went in and talked to the owner ans signed a paper saying it was my month. My membership cost was 30 a month. Got a bill a month later saying I owed 263 dollars in cancelation and late fees. Now a collection agency is calling me saying I owe the money to them. Golds gym I didn't get called or a text or a paper in the mail saying that. The only notice I have is the 263 dollar fine. Will not be paying either way. Update: March 25, 2026.
