The equipment is definitely on the older side, which was a bit surprising—especially since it was my first time at this gym and I expected something a little more updated. I disliked this gym experience not because of the equipment or the space. I can usually enjoy any gym regardless, but AS a GOLDS member I have the expectation that I can workout at other locations while I am away from my home gym on vacation. (I was here for 3 days) The hours on the website listed that the gym was open at 5am. This is very typical for a Golds gym. Show up at 5, and the gym is locked but they have this weird scan thing. $28+ for a one-day pass and trash equipment. Not even particularly clean. Must be nice to be the only damn game in town…

To the MANAGER BRANDI … PLEASE CALL ME .. I deserve a free month because I was mislead and locked out of the gym for over 7 days … told by an employee about an app and told he was going to help me get this new way of scanning my card into play and the guy lied , never sent info as stated , never texted as stated, I was forced to troubleshoot shoot through emails day after day after not being able to get into the gym and STILL no help!
