My wife went here to work out while we are on vacation and the front desk lady was super nice and understanding wen my wife had a embarrassing situation we both will definitely be back here anytime we are in the area felt less judged then even planet fitness
Very friendly. My boyfriend and I were just visiting and they allowed us to use their gym for free for two days (we already have a golds gym membership in Tennessee). Smaller gym but has everything you need.

I liked it because I'm 53 and the equipment is straight out of the '80s. It's a damp, ugly little gym with poor lighting, but it's a basic "work out hard and take care of business" gym. No more, no less. I was visiting and worked out there for a day. It's not as glitzy as you'd think Golds Gym should be, but it's definitely a good place to get back to hard basics of working out; which I liked. And the lady at the front desk was very polite.
