This gym is one of the rare spaces where you can access lots of equipment, great classes, and an informal atmosphere. No need to shop for matching spandex. Plenty of nice folks who are friendly and are too busy doing their own thing to waste energy on judging anyone else. Been a member here for 11 years!

Love Gold's Gym and the many locations available. Unlike other gyms, Golds Gym has a comfortable atmosphere to help get the work out done!
Great place! Every piece of equipment is clean and in great condition. It's never too crowded which is awesome. The staff there is always trying to help, whether you need a spotter or some tips on proper technique. This gym has changed the way I workout for the better!
