Honestly, I have been going to golds gym for 6+ year and I have never been so disappointed in my life. Throughout the years, the staff has been changing a lot so I thought I could become a part of it since the some of the staff were never doing their jobs correctly nor did some seem to care about the clients. Love it. Very quite in the am or pm. Especially sauna soooo peaceful� and the staff are friendly. Way different then the one at air park branch. Almost canceled the membership until I tried the one in Germantown��� good jobs guys keep it up!!!
Terrible customer service and the manager, Kyle is very rude.
I don't trust the equipment not to break while it's being used. You would think with how much the membership cost they would be able to upgrade the equipment. Charged me a late fee when it was THEIR fault it didn't get charged the day it was due. Because I had the money in my account if they bothered to charge it on the exact day. I love my Zumba class and teacher Michelle she is so much fun. Her and her class is the ONLY REASON I have a membership.
Great site. Large space and superior equipment compared to others. Dedicated to improvement and cleanliness. Prices match what you get only a few machines need updating. The only drawback is the hours I wish they stayed open later.
