When downhill fast cut hours but not dues and shut down the east gym
They are horrible about keeping track of payments. One time they lost my info without me knowing and one day out of no where they wanted me to pay $180. I paid it , Well now since I’ve cancelled my membership 3 months ago their trying to charge me $189 for them 3 months!!! How does a business not know that you cancelled when you TOLD them personally and also called them and when you try to fix it still try to charge you that much money? Wondering if they will ever upgrade outdated worn out equipment, or make so kind of improvements. I was talking about the dump gold's at Walker Springs.
As you can probably read in the other numerous google reviews, Debbie is unnecessarily rude, and should not work with the public in any capacity. A 1 Star is to high of a rating for the experience I received stepping into this gym.
