I love this gym. The staff is great, This gym is super clean and never smells like a nasty gym. Very pleasant, My trainer Antonio rocks.
Best trainer there is Adam Malis! And he teaches spinning tues & thurs nites & sun morns & he does boot camp at downtown golds! All are amazing! He changed my life!
Entourage happened here. A nude Josh Weinstein slipped Eric the script for "Queens Boulevard" in the men's locker room.
Been going here for years. Just seems like there is no better gym. Wish the opening hours went slightly later

They started walking around and handing out towels to whoever needs them. Awesome!

I prefer this gym over 24hour fitness, not as crowded, cleaner, weights always are where they belong...
Always a good workout here. Try not to get too aggravated at the poor cleaning crew who seem to always be mopping/sweeping/vacuuming out on the floor 24/7.
