Honestly, Golds is a great gym, however, they seriously have the worst wifi & network availability out of ALL gyms in LA. Come workout with an iPod that doesn't require connection to anything. Shitty
I love Gold's from their friendly staff and members to motivate me cuz they are in such good shape.
Silvio is the best trainer! He definitely knows how to get results!
If you're a visitor, get a day pass and as long as you return within 24 hours, you can use the gym again.

The earlier you get in, the better. Also, if you want to tan at night, expect to wait a while. Love it here. Great staff.
