The front desk is SUPER RUDE. They agreed to let us take a shower before they close the gym, and it took about 5min to have a quick shower. When we about to leave, they yield at us and ask us to “GET OUT IMMEDIATELY!” That’s exactly the word they said. They also threatened us by saying “Do you want me to cancel your membership?” How ridiculous is this???

Zero stars. I’ve been a member at Golds Gym since 2018 in the Knoxville-Oak Ridge area. In 2025, a fitness trainer at this location sold me a 3-pack of training sessions, never corrected the contract which was for 12 months, and I got billed $70 monthly for 10 months. I was told the trainer was let go (and had federal charges pending) sometime in 2025 and blame was left with him.
