It's a Great gym!!! A little something for everyone.
Location is convenient and there is plenty of parking space. Staff is friendly and prompt. A variety of classes are offered-crossfit type class, cycling, Zumba etc. Good quality weight equipment, which includes Life Fitness and Hoist machines. There are plenty of free weights, weight benches, and Smith machines. Nice big mirrors around the weight training area. The gym floor is very well arranged with plenty of space in between machines. This is a great Gold's Gym! It has a great variety of equipment and very well designed. It's a great addition to Wichita Falls. Well staffed, great customer service (which is huge with me). If you live in the area I highly recommend it!
I am having a great time at Golds. Plenty of classes, it is clean, and the class instructors are full of energy!! EVERYONE should go try it!!
It would be awesome if they opened on time. 7:15 on Saturday and still not open yet!!!!
