I love the body pump classes and the 30 min step, 30 min body pump class on Saturdays! Anna is friendly, strong and keeps me motivated throughout the class!
There was a mixup with my cancellation paperwork and it was misplaced somehow and the account was not closed out promptly. Michelle, however, was able to refund my money for the month I was overcharged.
The facility itself is Great! Some of the staff are NOT so great. When it comes to feedback or customer service, Towerpoint drops the ball big time.
I've been with Gold's gym for 2 n half months now. I'm turning into a exercise monster. I have a great training too. Thanks Adrianna. Your so encouraging and helpful. Your awesome.
I giving it a 3 because I spent an hour here and no one cleaned their machine before walking away to the next one! Over all nice new equipment! It's nice the tvs are mount to the ceilings nice touch ! No get people to clean the machines after their done with it!
Brand spanking new Gold's gym is huge! All new equipment, Studio classes, Group classes, lots of cardio machines, free weight area and machine areas are full of fun new stuff to work with. Come check it out! The staff is pretty awesome too!
