It's a large gym, with plenty of free weights, machines, treadmills, etc. No frills, get in and get out. The front desk crew are friendly & helpful. They have a daycare too, which is awesome for me. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is the fact that it gets dirty and the contracted cleaning service isn't always there to take care of the mess. Hiring a cleaning staff would fix the problem.
Third time in as many months this gym failed to open at their promised time. No less than 20 members standing At the door. I left at 0540 and was still not open. It's the only job you have Tripp open on time Begin your fitness journey...... Just don't begin your journey at opening time!
Would definitely be a 5 star gym if they would hang some heavy bags for some good ole boxing training. Also, have a few more hammer strength options. Otherwise, a clean and not overcrowded gym.
I love the stuff close to my house and job very nice gym.
Ke' Moton rocks it with Gold's Cycle- if you haven't tried it out- you are missing!!!
