I have had terrible experiences with communication and customer service with this gym. Most recently, even after requesting to freeze my account as soon as reopening the in DC metro area was announced, I was still charged for all of June, even though this location, my home location, did not open until June 30th. No one responds to emails, I can almost never get anyone to answer the phone. AWESOME GYM!!! Some of the best equipment in PG county!!!
This is a new, well run, well designed, well equipped, spacious, and very friendly gym. There are clean towels, lots of parking, and the changing rooms and lockers are terrific. Staff are very helpful. But do wear your headphones - you'll need to filter out the inane Fabreze advertisements (all Golds Gyms seem to play the same stupid and intensely irritating ads ad nauseam for months and months and months).
This is a great gym. Great location and facility. The staff is great. Overall you'll be in good hands here.
I have been coming to this gym for a year now. It is very clean and staff members are super helpful and friendly. I specifically recommend the fitness classes, which are instructed for all levels of experiences. It is also very convenient that they sell snacks and sports drinks for before or after a workout.
This is one of the nicest gyms I've ever been too. So clean and well kept, and the staff are amazing! I highly recommend Gold's in general but especially the Riverdale Park location if you're in the area!
