RecommendedLove the classes that I take. Very disappointed that they are canceling some-group active on Thursday evening and group blast on Wednesday evening. As I wiry, I cannot attend the daytime classes
Best of the best...no where better than the place you call your second home. Bar none best staff,trainers,everyone and facility around.
I'm there every day, Monday through Friday. it's like a job after my job. to get my body back in shape like it was before and it's working. I have no problem with the staff have no problem with my locker have no problem getting to a machine or grabbing a dumbbell and getting my weight up I love everything about goldz gym in Dewitt they are upgrading a new color which is kind of weird but I like it changes good have fun get your weight up or down but whatever you do have fun doing it
Since upstairs room got remodeled everything was moved downstairs in a cramped corner where you have to find a corner to workout. all the good equipment seems to have disappear such as kettleballs and not enough heavy body bars, exercise balls .. needs more equipment not just for personal training room.
I love Gold's Gym Liverpool I normally go in the morning the workers and members are the most pleasurable and friendly group of people you'd ever want to be around. However, the whirlpool is a nessesity for me due to fibromyalgia lately in the last past few weeks it seem several times a week, the whirlpool is not properly operable and you're not aware until you go to get in..So lately I have to drive all the way to Dewitt to use their Whirlpool (great gym) but Dwitt has way to many stairs to get up & down especially if flare... read more
