DO NOT get a membership with the personal trainers. I signed a paper to cancel my membership and the paper never got sent to wherever it needed to go. my account was overdrawn due to them taking out the payment..called customer service and they refused to return my money for that month. Very frustrating.
The news queensgate gym is beautiful, they have all the equipment I could need and the staff is friendly. I like having the option to use the women’s only area.
I come here for a few classes plus go to Galleria location. I like that they have a separate workout room for women. It is nice and clean also.

Be very careful when joining here. You think you're signing up for a monthly membership that can be cancelled at any time... but no, you're locked in for a year. The company that does their payment processing is also sleazy... if your card expires or you get a new one, make sure you update it right away because they won't contact you for new information or even to tell you there's a problem; they'll just charge fees and send threatening letters as soon as it happens.
