I bought a ring for my wife to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. She loves the ring, but I bought the wrong size...and then moved across the world! However, the team at Goldpoint truly went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure we got her the right size. Truly amazing service and really recommend buying here!
Wish I could give them 100 stars. From start to finish The Goldpoint Team blew us away. We had a nightmare experience with our original jeweler who we purchased an engagement ring, wedding band, and diamond earrings from (this was not Goldpoint). Shockingly, all three pieces were falling apart <1 year after our wedding. We dealt with lost or loose diamonds in the wedding band, and bent hardware/prongs with both the earrings and engagement ring. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Goldpoint. The selection was beautiful, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was both friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They offered thoughtful guidance as we designed a custom ring and never made it feel like a sales pitch - they genuinely wanted us to fall in love with what we created.
