I had a great experience getting an engagement ring made at Goldpoint. The team walked me (a jewelry novice) through the entire designing the perfect custom ring and my fiancé is very pleased!
Their 5 star rating is well-deserved! I walked in with a jewelry repair inquiry for a personal piece. It was my first time in store and although repair service is not offered, Sue took her time to examine the jewelry, provide insight, and direct me to an appropriate store that does repairs. Truly, it is the genuine customer service aspect that is heartfelt --- even if I was not making a purchase. I will definately come back here to make a purchase (beautiful citrine earrings)!
Goldpoint is amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough! Earlier this year, my partner and I worked with the team at Goldpoint to design an engagement ring using an heirloom stone as well as bands. From start to finish, the attention to detail was second to none and Sue and Olivia were super responsive and accommodating. We are both thrilled with how the rings turned! I bought a ring for my wife to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. She loves the ring, but I bought the wrong size...and then moved across the world!
