Do not rent from their properties. Im about to opem a lawsuit due to the practices at their St. Pete Location the drake and their lack of calling me back after multiple attempts.
They had a high turning on keeping maintenance staff and they don't hire enough people to maintain the property. The Staff in the office ( some) is not professional at all. The basements floods in some of the townhouses and they don't accept Housing Vouchers. They always going up the rent but it take days for things to get fix around their properties. The Staff has no Empathy at all from what I can see They go.up on the rent every year ..why. they don't fix nothing that's needed.
The absolute worse management company to exist. Aqua at Windmeadows in Gainesville FL fraudulently turn me and my daughter over to collection even though they kept the funds from out security deposit. They acknowledged their error and did nothing about it. Now it has damaged both of our credit scores upwards of 50 points each. Leased with them for almost 3 years and was NEVER able to contact anyone. Phone calls will ALWAYS go unanswered so if you need anything, good luck. Mind you, they stopped answering the day we started our lease. Now I'm no longer with them but needed to get in contact with someone for my time-sensitive requirement. Just a copy of my old lease. I worked with Mike and we performed over $60,000 worth of commercial construction work at a Third Point-owned property managed by GoldOller. The work was completed. We were not paid. Not a dollar.
