My apartment The Seasons building 9620 has been without water for almost 24 hours and overnight. Repairs have historically taken weeks and management has told us we can walk across the property to the SHARED CLUBHOUSE to use the restroom and shower. Absolutely unacceptable management. This is the only accommodation I've received and I'm about to escalate legally. Terrible company. Do not give them your money.
Shady fees, this is not an honest company. They are overcharging us. Residents in my community got a back “JEA electrical bill” from a year and an half ago. That’s just weird. Unethical practices and too many complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Somebody needs to dig into this company a bit more. Note the corporate does not respond to any reviews here they don’t like, only the ones that skew towards positive for them. That in itself is an issue.
Over charging residents is a big issue here!
I am a resident at Kingsley Townhomes, and this new property management company has only been managing the community for two months.
