First of all, i love that you can order a custom bouquet online. The website is super user friendly, but I think it needs a little work. I had ordered a specific variety of flowers that were pet safe, but when my order arrived it contained lilies and other flowers that are toxic to cats. I wish the website had space for the customer to write what flowers they want (other than the few listed on the website), or what vision they had in mind, or to at least mention that the flowers need to be pet safe. This place has some really amazing plants and some really cool options the but prices are super high. We found a monstera with 2 leaves for $105.
My wife and I got married here in September. Over the year of planning our planner only changed once and they were both great. They were extremely helpful, and provided us with answers to everything. The day of they knocked everything out without us having to remind them of anything. Thy were absolutely great, there were some bumps in the road that they jumped to fix with no hesitation.
