My ring has been at Gold n Diamonds since 1/5/26. All that needed to be done was a stone replacement. When I picked up my ring, I didn't notice that the prongs were sticking up. When I got home, I did my hair and the ring was yanking my hair out. I went to get dressed and the prong snagged on my clothes. This in turn broke the prong. I took the ring back. The guy jeweler that works here does not know what he is doing. Also, he has no idea how to properly test gold with acid. He ruined my real gold chain by dumping the acid directly on it. Don’t trust these guys.
THE best jewlery in the mall. Its so wholesome and such a welcoming environment. All the workers are nice and very friendly and it was just an overall nice experience!
