Horrid customer service, the man was nasty to all customers, but especially women.
So my wife bought a sovereign ring from here as a Christmas gift for me, i was so excited when i opened it up on Christmas day and although it didn’t fit me the jeweller at Goldmine assured my wife we could bring it back for re sizing if it didn’t fit at no cost. So thats what we did, we took it down and dropped it off to be resized and were told he was closing for the break and would be ready around the 10th.
