I've used Goldmasters for more than 20 years, for everything from replacing watch batteries, to making custom pieces. Their work is fantastic, fast, and very reasonably priced. Customer service is prompt and cheerful, always helpful and professional. I live near many jewelry stores but prefer to drive a bit to Goldmasters. They're the best.
