History Established in 1962. Doors opened in 1962 as the original Denny's here in Williams, Az. It wasn't until the mid 80's when the Denny's move up on the hill. And a local family took over and was then turned into the Hoffman house. Hoffman's held the business till the mid 90's. Till new owners took over and re-named the business Goldie's Rt. 66 Diner. RecommendedGreat ham and eggs and corned beef breakfast great deal with friendly service amen
We waited 20 mins and no one came by or even acknowledged we were there. Other tables that came in after us had their orders taken. We watched 1 waitress yell at people that were asking to be seated or waited on. I know 20 mins isn't long but when you are hungry it feels like a long time. We walked out and found a better place to eat. I would not recommend this place and I definitely will not go back. It's their loss as I'm a great tipper.
We were there last September 2017. We ate there on both of our nights in Williamstown and the food was delicious. The waitresses were lovely and chatted away to us and we loved the nostalgic 50s style a brilliant Route 66 diner not to be missed.
Great food and good prices. Always made it for breakfast.
Good breakfast, but too much food! Service was excellent too.
