We love Goldfish Swim School - Naperville! The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Our daughter - Benzelle is learning a lot from her instructors and we are very glad with her swimming progress. Scheduling a makeup class is a breeze!
Goldfish swim school was the best choice we made this spring! My 5 year old started in a beginner level and moved up two levels within about 5 weeks! She enjoys her lessons and all incredibly dedicated instructors. Also my 9 year old that just needed to improve her skills enjoyed her lessons and boy, she's improved!!! I feel this place is great for kids to learn to swim or improve their skills until the age of 10.
I sent an email requesting to give my son lessons. I never got an reply back. Or even so much as a thanks for registering with us. Little unprofessional. If u can't even respond to emails how's your interaction with my son going to be!?! Then, after I posted this to their page it was DELETED!!!!! OH OK. I guess they didn't want others to see what unprofessional service you give.

We couldn't be happier with the facility, the organization, the showers, the changing rooms, our teacher Daniella, and the entire experience. : ) But I WOULD add mirrors to the changing rooms, and outlets near the hairdryers. : )
