Many thanks to chef Joe Ritchie and the staff at Goldfinch for creating an absolutely stunning vegan tasting menu for my hubby and me this past Saturday evening. Everything was superbly prepared and presented, with beautiful and delicious fresh ingredients, lovingly tended and given the star treatment. This will not be our last visit!! Thank you chef!
