I really enjoyed taking my sons Generic Walmart 20" BMX bike into this shop. They were able to help me locate a new rear rim for the bike at a fair price and replace it for me all in a couple of minutes. I can't say enough how great the shop is and with every shop the best part is always the people. Andy and the other guys have been very personable and non-pushy they understand that everybody that comes in is not looking to buy right then and gave tons of information and attention without being annoying. I have been in Goldfinch several times. My first purchase was a bike for my youngest son. They gave us great service and had the bike dialed in perfect. They are great with advice and a wrench, don't put pressure on to buy, and are ever present in the community. Plus they just styled out my commuter and gave me great prices on take offs and slightly used stuff. Great place!
I realized my son's tire was flat as we loaded up for a ride on Sunday. Found Goldfinch on Google and I'm so glad I did. They were super friendly, repaired the flat in about 10 minutes at a very reasonable price and we were on our way to enjoy the rest of the day. I also witnessed their interaction with some people who were just killing time - again, super friendly. That's how you grow your business folks. Leave a good impression and people will come back. I certainly will.
Good tire selection for being the small, independent, new boys in town. Got us in, installed, and out in no time.
The best chamois cream in town. No joke. When 'Chamois Butt'r' and the other "gold standards" aren't good enough.... You have to treat your "Button Hole" to well, 'Button Hole'.... a product you don't often find, your friends at Goldfinch gladly stock! Just one example of many where they have those niche products that are the best around, at the best prices!! Great fellas, would have rated 6 out of 5 if I could have.
