I called to get a quote to get a broken window replaced on the second floor of my house. A single pane, in a wood frame. I called the measurements in 44" x 27 1/12 ". They insisted on doing 2 trips. An estimate and then the install. An employee came out the next day and their estimate included a 5 minute visit by the employee, who stood on the ground and raised his tape measure up to get the approximate size. I had them get me glass for an internal kitchen door. I choose to have them install it because I figured they would do a better job than me so I got the cheap version of install which was to just caulk it, but I assumed for $40 they would make it look professionally done. When I got the door I checked the quality of work and it was horrible!!! when I realized I paid them $40 to slap on $2 caulk and they did a worse job than I can do (I just caulked floorboard in my bathroom), I requested money back.
