When I called the office, I spoke to the leasing agent (who was very helpful) and I was able to obtain the lock box code to view the property I was interested in. Our leasing agent was very friendly when my spouse and I went into the office to sign the lease. She answered all our questions and was very thorough. You guys are #1! Ive been having the hardest time trying to get my rental property rented, but when i made the switch to GoldenWest Management, they had my apartment rented in almost no time at all. I give them 5 stars.
We had a management company before going over to Golden West and when we made that transition Golden West found many mistakes with our previous managers. Not only did they fix all the mistakes but they continuously keep us in the loop with everything going on.
I finally had enough with spending so much time finding tenants, tracking down rent, making repairs, and so on. GoldenWest has given me excellent service for the money I pay them. For a small percentage of my rent income they take care of everything I had to do before and it's such a relief!
I had always dreamed of owning homes across the country but unfortunately California is just too expensive still, so after I decided on Arizona I looked up Goldenwest Management. Ended up with a beautiful 4 unit place and it rented out for top dollar almost instantaneously! They were a saving grace- helped me along every step of the way.
Took over for us when we needed help managing our property. They made it so much easier and we're actually doing much better financially because of their help.
I've owned a rental home in Tucson for years without a single problem coming up. GoldenWest takes care of everything while I collect my check every month.
Trying to find a decent property management company can be difficult, especially when you live out of state, but as soon as we found Golden West we knew we were in good hands. Because of their hard work, we haven't had to fly out to Tucson in over a year- definitely a relief for a homeowner! We even feel confident enough investing in other states, knowing everything will be taken care of properly.
Living far away can be difficult, when dealing with Property Management companies, but Golden West left us feeling at ease. Our house is being so well taken care of, we now realize that all we've needed was a company like Golden West to take our worries away!
