I was in the market for a large crucifix that I found on Goldenmine. I purchased #PTO836 Thursday 9/5, received it promptly on 9/7. It was beautiful and even weighed in .2 gm heavier than stated in the website. One problem....The bail was too small for my 5mm cuban link. I took it to a jeweler and they wanted $70 to replace it but I sadly decided to return the item. I sent it return UPS on 9/9 and recieved a posted credit on 9/11. I purchased a pair of 3mmx2.1" 14K polished hoop earrings from this company. Two days later they cancelled the order due to the earrings being out of stock. I went back to the website and found the exact same earrings/item number but the price was inflated by $93. This is classic bait and switch. It is very dishonest. Great experience. Arrived in just four days. The quality of my chain was perfect and just beautiful. Fair prices in my opinion.
I ordered an item from the website, waited almost 4 weeks for them to open up the store due to the quarantine, and am now being told it is not in stock, and it will take 3-5 days to get a refund. I understand about the quarantine, but why was the item listed for sale on the website if it was out of stock? This was for my son's birthday and he is very disappointed.
Great jewlery store amazing prices and styles! I just wish there was more reviews praising how great they are.
