i went with this company to do my deck repair. my deck has two levels, two sets of stairs, and runs about 500sq ft in total. it was about 42k in total for replacing rotted wooden planks, adding wood to the stairs, adding more wood to the sides of the stairs and the deck itself to prevent adjacent soil from running off and making contact with the wood, adding a structural beam under half of the upper level deck that wasn't initially supported, and painting.
