If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! Let me start by saying this so called company is extremely toxic and money hungry! They train the sales people to go in hard and tell them to bring up reasons why they want a caregiver..they want the sales person to push the boundaries example if a daughter calls in because her mom has fallen the owner Ken says to bring it up sound as sad as possible and bring in the sale he also does not want to bring in sales where a caregiver only needs 1-2 days because he says not worth it. ... read more
Used GY for Mom for almost two years. JoAnne would come over and spent the entire day with Mom and frequently took her out to lunch at her favorite restaurant. It was more a companionship thing, but it worked and Mom loved it. Golden Years is a great company to use for the care of your loved one.
