Jasmine is very kind and loving and makes sure that the residents are happy and have everything they need. Constant social interaction. I've seen other places where the employees do the bare minimum to keep the people fed and clean with no social interaction whatsoever. Jasmine cares about them and really loves them. She could use a little more help, though. The law requires two employees for 6 people and that's not enough.
